Losing Hair is Not a Big Deal

W. Darren asked:

Most men fear balding for the presumed reason that it will prevent them from finding a partner. The idea of isolation, depression, and reclusion sets in. You kept saying no man is an island. There is someone bound to make you whole. Now, the race is on.

You scour the dating scene in order to find the one before you lose all hair strands or what was left of it. The stigma lies on the fact that male possesses a shred of vanity as well. And some assume that hair loss will render them appalling. In addition, a number of men also perceive balding as a huge roadblock in their career path; a path filled with mockery and discrimination. Then there are a few who think that they were not blessed with the right shape helmet to pull off a shaved head.

For decades, hair loss was an accepted truth. It is a sign of age, of distinction, and of experience. Unfortunately, a shift occurred. Media started to portray alluring men having thick tresses. Incorporating hair caressing in any and every romantic scene is but an added insult to injury. Do you know Fabio? The face plastered in most covers of romantic pocket books? Deny it all you want but his hair triggers envy all over.

As these figures start to embed in people’s awareness, the society began to absorb the opinion that the ideal man has a full head of air. To be fair, this is not something that the media purposely created to inflict self-consciousness among men. It is but a by-product or an offshoot from the image that they thought the public wants to see.

Have you seen a hair growth commercial? In their spiel, they usually depict a bald (or prematurely balding) man as lonely, abandoned, “unliked” and desperate. Then he discovers their product and alas! Chick magnet personified; career on the fast lane; Life is sweet. With this thrown into your face, who wouldn’t fear hair loss?

But as if to rectify the erroneous impression, media is now presenting bald as sexy, as masculine. Vin Diesel, Bruce Willis, and Taye Diggs are a few of the men who exude sexiness in spite of having shinny chrome-domes. Who says bald is not attractive? Next time you enjoy the ball game, look around. And you are certain to see brothers just like you embracing the limelight. Speaking of ball game, do you know that you can advertise using your bald head? Rent it out and rake in cash. It will only take a few spray (or stroke) of water-soluble paint and the distinguishing logo of an advertiser to make money while enjoying the game.

See here, resorting to cover-up is not needed. Why not embrace the inevitable?

It would seem that balding is a life-shattering event that will leave you in shambles (given the quantity of hair loss treatments and whatnot.) In the grand scheme of things, hair loss is not really that big of a deal when compared to losing a loved one or a friend, or your country’s reputation. However, fact remains that we still have to look at ourselves in the mirror to be able to address such issues.

Hair Loss Treatment – Natural Treatments vs Common Hair Loss Treatments

Finding a hair loss treatment that works is like trying to find the holy grail. For most, they usually end up giving up and simply accept the fact that they are losing their hair. And how do you know where to turn when there are so many options such as laser hair treatment, hair loss shampoo’s, topical hair loss lotions, the dreaded hair transplant and various natural hair loss treatments?

Well for most people, they are now turning to natural hair loss treatments, but are they all they say they are? As with most prescription medications, there are various concerns about both the effectiveness and also the safety. Well a natural hair loss treatment should be viewed in the same way.

If we first look at traditional hair loss treatments, the first point to make is that all treatments other than hair transplant surgery are not permanent. Treatments such as laser work to help blood and oxygen flow to the dormant particle. It has show to be effective over a long period of time, however, once the treatment is stopped, the original problem of HAIR LOSS still exists.

Treatments which involve medications such as topical treatments, oral treatments or injectable treatments to the problem areas have shown to be effective for some who are experiencing different types of immune disorders and these steroidal drugs have in some cases shown improvement. The con of these drugs is again, once treatment is ceased, the signs of hair loss will re-appear. If their is a type of immune disorder or some type of other imbalance in the body, it is best to treat it head on with more investigative measures.

Other treatments such as shampoo’s or topical treatments have shown to have an affect on the user over time. Treatments such as Rogaine, which is probably the most well known treatment before laser came along, has been shown to work in both men and women. But unfortunately not many people can use it due to its side effects. It has been shown to increase the heart rate, cause fainting and dizziness, cause chest pain, cause swelling, scalp irritation and also assists in weight gain.

Other well known treatments for hair loss have shown to have similar side effects, but only a small percentage are safe for women to use.

If we look at natural treatments however, side effects are limited, if none at all. Natural hair loss treatments are primarily a combination of herbs, vitamins and minerals that have been formulated to stop hair loss and regrow hair. Although most hair loss is inherited, the cause of hair loss has been accelerated through the generations due to many western influences and lack of vitamins and minerals in our diet. It is now well known that our western diets are a large contributor to the increase in cancer around the world, the same applies with other medical conditions.

Many eastern cultures have never had problems with hair loss due to their natural diet which is usually rich in the required ingredients. And most of these have been shown to treat many other forms of illness, particularly in men.

On top of that, they are also far more affordable than traditional and prescription medications, and therefore can be used on a regular basis until a full head of hair has been restored.

Provillus, the largest natural hair loss treatment is so successful due to its combination of natural ingredients which help block elements which cause hair loss, and also provide the right foundation for hair regrowth. Although results are not achieved overnight, using a natural treatment such as Provillus can really accelerate hair growth for both men and women who are suffering hair loss.

It is always important to incorporate a healthy diet plan to compliment this for maximum results.

Why Am I Losing My Hair? Discover How to Not Only Prevent Hair Loss, But How to Regrow it Fast!

By Julia Garsons

Well you are obviously looking for some answers to help you either prevent hair loss, or to help you regrow more hair.

I say, Why not have both?

We are flooded with many hair regrowth treatments today, promising us a new head of hair in just a few weeks from now. But I am probably thinking the same thing that you are…What about preventing the cause of the problem first?

Like many of us, I have suffered a mild form of losing my hair. But I have been luckily enough not to be in the category of two thirds of men who WILL start to lose there hair from age 25. And now with changing lifestyles, health changes, working more hours, etc. Many females are catching up and experiencing more and more hair loss.

Well luckily for you and me, there is now a treatment that not only helps you regrow your hair, but prevents the root of the hair loss problem.

Click here to see the product I used to help me beat hair loss!

And to add to this…thousands of people are starting to regrow their hair and are now experiencing more hair than when they were in there 20’s.

So this is great news for you and me, knowing that we no longer have to worry about hair loss.

And I am not talking about laser treatments or shampoo’s here either.

You have probably heard about the exorbitant cost of laser hair treatment and the ongoing cost of further weekly consultations. Its not cheap. It does work, with small noticeable results, but is not cheap. And again does not fix the main cause of losing hair in the first place.

Hair loss treatments such as shampoo’s have been proven to be very ineffective in treating this problem due too only offering the scalp to breathe better. A clean scalp is essential in helping you to regrow your hair, but is only one tenth of the battle.

So what exactly is this magic hair loss treatment?

Well the only natural FDA approved treatment, Provillus, is specifically formulated to:

  1. Prevent losing hair by blocking the testosterone byproduct known as DHT.
  2. Regrow hair by increasing blood flow, oxygen, nutrients and minerals to the hair follicle, while repairing inactive and dormant follicles.

If you neglect preventing the cause of losing your hair, the short term treatments such as laser hair regrowth will not last once treatment is finished.

Provillus Hair Loss Treatment – How does it work?

Well I thought I would try to cover as much information as possible, trying to display how Provillus, the only FDA approved hair regrowth supplement works as a Hair Loss Treatment.

I hope so far I have given a good indication of the kind of results that can be achieved using the right hair loss treatment, and with constant use can really boost hair growth.

I have already talked about the 2 essential properties that all “stop hair loss” remedies need and that is both prevention of losing hair, and a solid regrowth formula. This is where both laser hair treatment and hair treatment shampoo’s fall short in that they only do one side of the formula ….. if that at all, in the case of shampoo.

Click here to discover the product which I used to help me beat hair loss.

First let me run through the ingredients to better help you understand how it works.

Provillus contains a variety of different vitamins and minerals, that not only helps prevent hair loss and aids hair growth, but it also aids other health problems commonly found in most men and women 35 and over.

First off, we have Vitamin B6. Many of us know this as an essential vitamin for any healthy body. It is essential for red blood cell metabolism, it increases oxygen in hemoglobin, aids the immune system function, maintains healthy blood sugar and also helps the body withstand stressful conditions. Bodybuilders find it essential in their supplement program and you will usually see them taking 200-300% the recommended daily intake. It is often referred to as natures steroid. This aids the follicles and supplies them with quality blood and oxygen flow.

Second is Biotin, which is a constituent of Vitamin B and is a major part of the natural hair manufacturing process, which works very well for healthy skin and nails, but is most of all essential for new hair growth.

Third is Magnesium, another one loved by bodybuilders, which is an essential mineral used to help maintain muscles, bones and nerves. Magnesium is primarily used for protein synthesis, energy metabolism and the bio-synthesis of collagen, which is essential for skin elasticity and health.

Fourth is Zinc, which is more of the DHT inhibitor side of things. It is a mineral which is necessary to promote a healthy immune system and proper functioning of enzymes. Zinc is a potent inhibitor of 5α-reductase activity, and that Vitamin B6 potentiates the inhibitory effect of zinc.

Fifth is Saw Palmetto, which you may of heard of as it has been used since ancient times to help with any issues arising with the prostate. Saw Palmetto is a palm native and is commonly found growing in the south east of the USA. The fruit is a great source of fatty acids and phytosterols, and have helped to promote urination and other prostate health. Saw Palmetto is another great suppression of DHT.

Sixth is Nettle Root. Although not being a proven method for hair loss treatment, Nettle Root does effect the amount of free active testosterone circulating in the blood.

Seventh is Pumpkin extract. Pumpkins is another ancient remedy used for hair loss as the oil extract from the seeds has diplayed activity against free testosterone.

Eight is Eleuthero (Ginseng), has long been used in Chinese Medicine. Eleuthero significantly reduces the stress responsible for added hair loss.

Ninth is a natural diuretic known as Uva-Ursi extract, or bearberry.

Tenth is Muria Puama or as its ancient name, potency wood. It is commonly found in the Brazilian Amazon. Brazilians and other people around the world have used Muria Puama to significantly reduce hair loss.

Now although Provillus contains a great array of ingredients to help stop hair loss, there are some extra measures that you can take to help ensure you get the maximum benefit of the ingredients. Read my other posts regarding increasing the blood flow in the body and in the scalp.  Remember I have had amazing results with Provillus but have used it to its maximum benefit, which is the only way to ensure you can achieve speedy results.

Hair Loss Treatments – Part 2!

If you have not already, please read my first post on hair loss treatments.

For those of you who have, I will continue my story.

So by now you are probably wandering what hair loss treatment I had discovered. This treatment that will hopefully finally stop me from losing my hair. Well once I spoke to my wife about what the kinesiologist and I talked about and what actions I had to take, she even offered to massage my scalp for me if I would keep up the cardio side of things.

Well the next few months were nothing short of amazing. Obviously by age 50, my hair loss had basically ceased as I really had no more hair to lose. But after just 1.5 months after taking the treatment, and doing the exercise and massage regularly, There was a large amount of new hair follicles appearing all over my head.

I was absolutely blown away. I already had more growth after 1 month than I had after one whole year with laser treatment. Now obviously hair regrowth is a very long process, but having seen hair strat to grow from follicles which had been dormant for 30 years absolutely blew me away.

Six months after starting on the treatment, I had an amazing amount of regrowth on my head. I started to grow my hair again from the usual buzz cut hair style I had had for so long. Although it wasn’t thick, it showed sufficient coverage and made me look years younger again. You probably would of classified it as someone with very thin hair.

About 12 months ago, my hair stopped regrowing (from what I can see) and I now maintain a full head of hair, and have more hair than I did when I was 20 years old. My wife still can’t believe the difference and I can tell you that my confidence levels and self esteem have shot through the roof.

If you look in my picture at the top of the page, I now have a full head of hair. I now pass on this information of this treatment, along with a healthy diet, exercise and light massage to all my friends, family and patients who need the help.

Hair Loss Treatments – The ones that failed, and the only one that worked!

Now I have tried every hair loss treatment around. The amount of shampoo’s I have used (for 3-5 courses), laser treatment, pills etc have either shown tiny improvement, or no improvement at all.

I have to say that all the hair loss shampoo’s I tried were useless. And upon further research into the methods of helping regrow hair, I very soon found out that they are no more effective than an anti dandruff shampoo. I will go into that in another post.

With laser treatment, I did see some small improvement…over the course of a years worth of treatments….but could not justify the cost that the very small results had. And like most men, I was very nervous thinking about how I would look with hair transplant surgery.

You often see some men who have had the surgery and it just looks so unnatural.

Click here to discover the product which I used to help me beat hair loss.

But one day around two years ago, I came home from work to find my wife at the kitchen bench with a few bottles of a new hair regrowth treatment a friend of hers was using as she was experiencing a form of hair loss known as female pattern baldness (caused by hormones, aging or genes). My wife said that she had been on the pills for 3 months and after her second month the hair loss had stopped dead in its tracks, and all over she had started to notice more coverage in her thinner spots.

And you can probably imagine what my response was to that…yeah right…you just wasted more money on hair loss products that don’t work. But we had them there so I decided to start taking them and see what results I would have.

That same week I was booked in to see a kinesiologist, which I see on a regular basis, for an unrelated problem and decided to take the pills along to see what he thought of them. To my surprise he tested them on me and suggested I should continue taking them.

Now let me tell you a little bit about the pills. I will go into what causes hair loss in another post, as it is well known now that it is caused by DHT, a byproduct of testosterone. And of course other things such as health problems, stress etc. But what this treatment does is actually block the DHT which in turn prevents any more hair from falling out.

Now to regrow hair, you need healthy hair follicles. Which means good blood flow to the follicle and a good supply of oxygen. Its a bit like growing plants, but on your head. This is why we struggle so much and why we develop a hair loss pattern on our head as the small capillaries which carry the blood flow to the top of our head flow at a very low rate, and often don’t pump any blood at all. Think of it as them being at the end of the line. And that is why you have hair every where else on your body, because of good blood flow.

But what the kinesiologist explained to me in such easy to understand terms is that the ingredients in the hair loss treatment I was trying would not only stop the DHT, but encourage hair regrowth. He also told me to lightly massage my head every night for 5 mins and try to get in more cardiovascular exercise to help stimulate blood flow around the body.

So as you can imagine, I could not wait to get home, give my wife a big hug and tell her all about it. She was a bit hesitant with the hug and all I got was a “told you so.”
